Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 1, 2026 Last updated: August 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Quantistry Systems ("Quantistry Systems," "we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through this website, https://quantistry.systems/ (the "Site"). It applies only to the Site itself - not to any account, licensing, or trading services you may separately enter into with us.

SUMMARY

  • We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this Site
  • We do not sell or share your personal information
  • The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form (name, email, message)
  • That form is processed by a third-party service, Web3Forms, before it reaches us

01 · INFORMATION WE COLLECT

What we collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit the contact form on this Site, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about the systems, onboarding, or services you asked about.

Information collected automatically. This Site is static (HTML/CSS/JS) and hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not embed analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing/tracking scripts, and we do not set cookies ourselves. Our hosting and form providers do process limited technical data as part of delivering the Site and the contact form, as described below.

02 · THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

Who processes data on our behalf

GitHub Pages (hosting). The Site is hosted by GitHub, Inc. via GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub's infrastructure automatically logs standard connection data (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security and operational purposes. We do not have access to or control over these logs beyond what GitHub provides. See GitHub's Privacy Statement for details.

Web3Forms (contact form processing). The contact form is powered by Web3Forms, a third-party form-to-email service. When you submit the form, your name, email, and message are transmitted securely (HTTPS) to Web3Forms' servers, located in the United States. Web3Forms forwards the submission to our email inbox and, depending on plan settings, may retain a copy of the submission temporarily (typically up to 30 days) for security and deliverability purposes before automatic deletion, and may use basic anti-spam measures (such as a honeypot field) as part of processing your submission. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf for this purpose; their own handling of data is governed by their policy at web3forms.com/privacy. We do not use any other third-party analytics, advertising, or marketing tools on this Site.

03 · HOW WE USE IT

How your information is used

We use the information submitted via the contact form only to respond to your inquiry, schedule or follow up on a requested system review or call, and maintain a record of the communication for our own reference.

We do not use this information for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with any party other than the service providers described above.

04 · DATA RETENTION

How long we keep it

We retain contact form submissions (in our email inbox) only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and maintain a record of your inquiry, or until you ask us to delete it. Web3Forms retains a temporary copy per its own retention schedule described above.

05 · YOUR RIGHTS

Your rights over your data

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@quantistry.systems.

EU/EEA/UK visitors: We process your contact-form information based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries directed to us, or, where applicable, your consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California and other U.S. state residents: Depending on applicable state privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, request its deletion, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law.

06 · DATA SECURITY

How we protect it

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We rely on GitHub Pages and Web3Forms' own security measures (encryption in transit and at rest) for the infrastructure underlying this Site and its contact form. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07 · CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Not directed to children

This Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

08 · INTERNATIONAL VISITORS

Cross-border data transfer

This Site can be accessed globally. Information you submit via the contact form is processed in the United States by Web3Forms. By using the contact form, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

09 · CHANGES

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or applicable law. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
